mattress springs for fencing in mexico

mattress springs used for fencing

I mean really…how clever to use old mattress inner springs for fencing!  From the moment of arrival until the moment of departure, the spell of San Miguel de Allende had been cast upon me.   The colors, the textures…a haven for visual artists.

Never before has any prior travel provided me with so much inspiration to create.  My goal over the next week or so is to share with you many examples as to why!

Coming up…the fabulous work of artist and resident…Terry Ann Tomlinson.  What an inspiration!

That’s so original. I love it. It would be great to talk with its creator, and get his thoughts behind the idea. Was it born of necessity, or quirky imagination.

Did you know I spent several months of my life in Mexico, back in my day? I would have different eyes altogether if I went back now, for sure! It’s like I’m seeing it all anew through your eyes, Robin.
