As someone who lives and walks this city daily…my blog is all about delving a little deeper, seeing what it has to offer, and capturing the true essence of New York City. Whether you live in Gotham, or just visiting…feel free to look around my blog. Bet you might find something new to do!
Keep in mind this isn't a blog about what is coming up...but what is experienced on a day to day basis.
P.S. As of the end of April 2013 my more personal postings will now be at The Next Few Years.

paper confession
WARNING: What I’m about to share with you will suck so much money out of your bank account. But if you’re brave and reckless…keep reading.

There’s a cute little store on 7th avenue in the West Village area of Manhattan called THE INK PAD. Stickers, paper, cards, stamps, inks, stencils…anything and everything a crafter would love. With over 10,000 stamps you’re hard pressed not to find THE ONE you’re looking for. But never fear, if they don’t have it? They’ll have it made for you.
Oh..and the classes. Just took one this week on image transfers…turning old (or new) photos into instant antiques. So fun! Which leads me to…finally…confession time. I’m a compulsive obsessive paper junkie. I could spend thousands (and probably have) on greeting cards, have way too many journals because they’re cute, could spend days looking in paper stores, and now I’m collecting these adorable stamps. But there are worse things, right? Have I mentioned Paper Presentation on West 18th in the Flatiron district? OMG.
